Internal Auditing and Organizational Development

Internal Auditing and Organizational Development (IR-OE) is a service and advisory unit and functions by order of the chancellor as her staff unit.
We work for the central administration, the central institutions, JGU’s faculties (excluding the University Medical Center), and the university management, and provide auditing and consulting services aimed at increasing efficiency and, therefore, at making space for taking on new tasks.

Beyond controlling legality and efficiency, we also examine and evaluate management processes and the efficiency of structural and procedural organization and support steps toward their improvement. When realizing our duties, we are constantly in close exchange with the involved persons and organizational units, because direct involvement in developing improvements is crucial for the actual implementation of the changes agreed on, as well as the prerequisite for collective and sustainable learning within the organization.
